12 Days At The Eco Experience

The Eco Experience at the 2013 Minnesota State Fair has plenty of things that will keep you coming back. Join us for daily presentations on the hour from 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Join us on the Sustainability Stage from 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. daily. The Eco Experience has over 130 fun and educational presentations. Below are some of the highlights of this year's stage schedule.

Join us all twelve days of the State Fair

Head to the Sustainability Stage every day at 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. to taste some healthy local food. Chefs vary by day, but include local chefs and school nutrition services. Trust us, these lunch ladies won't be making the school lunch you remember. Come sample what the chefs are making and give your body a break from the deep-fried food-on-a-stick.

Out on the front lawn of the Eco Experience, hear from experts in gardening, chicken-keeping, permaculture and beekeeping. Presentations happen daily at noon.

Saturday, August 24th
