...actually, Lea Salonga as Kim in Miss Saigon and as Eponine/Fantine (even though I have not seen her perform in person) has really inspired me as an actress. I have also not yet seen the Mindy Project and Quantico, but Mindy Kaling and Priyanka Chopra are incredible for their strides…Â
So far, Maggie Q in Balls of Fury (ha!), but otherwise, nope. Still waiting. I would definitely love to perform in a romantic comedy like 'Master of None' where race representation is normalized. In fact, being a mixed Asian woman, I feel it is my duty to represent the invisible brown…Â
