    Man Loses Penis To Flesh-Eating Bacteria

    As if jail isn't bad enough, Charlie Manning also lost his penis and one testicle to a flesh-eating bacteria infection while he was serving time. At least he gets a $300,000 settlement from the Washington Department of Corrections.
