    You love puppy chow.

    1. When you think of home-cooked meals, you think of hotdishes.

    2. Your summer nights were spent catching fireflies.

    3. And the county and state fairs were something you looked forward to all year long.

    4. You were never more than 20 miles from a playground aka a cornfield.

    5. And you never blink when you drive next to tractors on a main road.

    6. You now always listen to your mom if she suggests you bring a jacket with you, because you made the mistake of underestimating Midwest weather all throughout your childhood.

    7. Most of your early memories involve the outdoors in some way.

    8. You know that hay bales are for being jumped on.

    9. And that the best time of the entire year is the three weeks of leaf-changing weather.

    10. You were a PRO at assuming the tornado position during a school tornado drill.
