29 Photos Of The "Parenthood" Cast Hanging Out In Real Life

♫ May God bless and keep you always, may your wishes all come true ♫

    1. The series finale of Parenthood airs on Thursday, Jan. 29.

    2. But we have a feeling these cast members won't be seeing the last of each other.

    3. The first episode of the show premiered back in March 2010.

    4. And in the years since, it seems the Parenthood cast has accomplished more than just working together on set.

    5. They've also formed close bonds as friends.

    6. And they all seem to get along famously and have each other's backs.

    7. Sarah Ramos (Haddie Braverman) and Mae Whitman (Amber Holt) clearly have the whole best friend thing down pretty well.

    8. Lauren Graham (Sarah Braverman) and Peter Krause (Adam Braverman) even became ~more than friends~.

    9. Apparently Whitman and Miles Heizer (Drew Holt) even live together in real life.

    10. "We’re definitely unusually close, just as far as human beings go,” Whitman told BuzzFeed back in 2013. “Miles is definitely my best friend.”

    11. They even got TATTOOS TOGETHER!

    12. Whitman captioned her photo of Heizer: "Like sister like brother."

    13. Here's Krause and Max Burkholder (Max Braverman) goofing around.

    14. And Whitman looking really happy with Matt Lauria (Ryan York).

    15. Dax Shepard (Crosby Braverman) and Joy Bryant (Jasmine Trussell) really know how to liven up a red carpet.

    16. *Selfie time* for Heizer and Lyndon Smith (Natalie).

    17. Friends who wear matching underwear together, stay together.

    18. DON'T FORGET: Michael B. Jordan also played a very important role on Parenthood as Haddie's boyfriend, Alex.

    19. The cast got to watch each other grow up, both on and off the show.

    20. And they bring a whole new meaning to the word "close."

    22. Whitman's caption pretty much sums it all up: "My best friend."

    23. "I’m extremely honored to be a part of this family," Whitman told Rolling Stone in 2013.

    24. "I hope this show goes on a million years so I can grow old with these clowns."

    25. Even though the show won't go on for a million years, Parenthood has taught us many lessons about life, love and family.

    26. And that family, whatever it means to you, is everything.

    27. Because without them, who would you have to share all of life's most important memories with?

    28. The cast even successfully showed us what these things mean off screen, as well.

    29. And that sometimes friends are the family you choose for yourself.
