The moment we’ve all been waiting for has finally arrived, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 is out!
So we invited Sam Claflin (Finnick Odair) and Natalie Dormer (Cressida) into the BuzzFeed UK office to play our game and see if they would actually survive The Hunger Games. This is what went down.
They started reading the adventure game out and were immediately faced with their first decision.
As the games begin do they rely on their strength or their wit?
And after a bit of disagreement they went for strength.
They were then given the option to run for the woods or head to the Cornucopia.
So they went for the most Finnick option.
But they then had to choose what to grab once there… A knife or a backpack?
And we loved how into it they became.
Particularly Sam, who was delighted with his responses so far.
But when they were given this option they chose to climb up a tree, just as Katniss had done in the book and movie.
And it led to death by Tracker Jackers :/
Sorry, pal.
Until they realised they could go back a step and try again.
Much to their delight.
But when they went back a step and instead went into the woods, they were of course faced with a fire.
They had to decide whether to run downhill or continue straight. And they started to feel less certain.
Until they found water after running downhill and Natalie celebrated like this.
But it led them to the Cornucopia, where they had to decide whether to help another tribute to safety or leave her.
And died AGAIN after being too nice. :(
So they of course went back a step to choose the correct option.
And FINALLY survived The Hunger Games.
So they congratulated themselves.
And we love them all the more for it.
