Keri Russell as Felicity Porter
Since winning a Golden Globe in 1999 for her work on Felicity, Keri's taken on starring roles in the films Waitress and Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, and continued her television work as Elizabeth Jennings in The Americans. It's true that after Felicity cut her hair in Season 2, the ratings for the show dropped.
Scott Foley as Noel Crane
Scott Foley, who famously married Jennifer Garner (his on-screen Felicity girlfriend, Hannah) in 2000, has since taken on roles in Grey's Anatomy, True Blood, and Scandal. He has a super cute dog named Frankie.
Scott Speedman as Ben Covington
After living happily ever after with Felicity, Scott took on roles in two of the Underworld movies, and most recently appeared in the 2014 TV movie Open. As a competitive swimmer, he placed ninth in the 1992 Olympic trials. A neck injury from "over-training" ended his athletic career. His first acting audition was for the role of Robin in Batman Forever.
Amy Jo Johnson as Julie Emrick
Amy Jo Johnson, better known as Kimberley Hart the Pink Ranger, has continued to work in film and television since Felicity, including a recent recurring role in Covert Affairs. In 2014, she wrote, directed, and starred in her own short film, Lines, and has a new comedy, The Space Between, currently in the works.
Tangi Miller as Elena Tyler
Since her turn as Elena, Tangi Miller appeared in Madea's Family Reunion, took on a voiceover role in Kim Possible, and is set to appear in Boxing Day: A Day After Christmas this December.
Greg Grunberg as Sean Blumberg
Since playing Sean, Greg has continued to work frequently with Felicity creator JJ Abrams. He's appeared in Alias, Mission: Impossible III, Lost, Heroes, and has an upcoming role in Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens. He's currently working on a graphic novel due out in 2016.
Amanda Foreman as Meghan Rotundi
Since her turn as Felicity's delightful roommate, Amanda Foreman has appeared in Alias, Private Practice, Parenthood, and Selfie. She also had small roles in JJ Abrams' films Super 8, Star Trek, and Stark Trek Into Darkness.

Rob Benedict has done tons of TV work since he played Richard on Felicity, but most importantly, he's aged into one fine silver fox. Like, woah, Richard.
