Moral of the story? Makeup is nowhere near as important as we make it out to be. If you want to wear it, wear it. If you don’t, don’t. You are not any better or worse than anyone else just because you wear it or don’t. Makeup does not define your worth and if people are seriously going to judge you solely on whether you’re wearing makeup or not, they aren’t worth your time.
It’s so ridiculous.
The school has the right to decide whether to let someone film there or not. Gay people need to realize that they are not the center of the universe and other people are entitled to their beliefs and opinions. Gay people like to talk a lot about tolerance, but only when it applies to the people who agree with them. The gay community is FAR more hateful to the church than the other way around.
Typical of many in the gay community. They accuse Catholics of trying to shove their faith down their throats while trying to impose their beliefs on Catholics. News flash: the Catholic school is not the bigot here. The gay community needs to get over themselves and realize that a lot of times, most times, THEY are the ones being hateful and disrespectful.
Just being honest? Try just being an ass. Fact is that all men are not going to be the same. Some might approach because a girl seems easier to get, but others might approach because they’re genuinely interested.
I agree. It seem like they keep getting worse with each new boy band too. I think a good amount of those fans are in serious need of therapy.
Perfect response, whitecrow.
Speaking as a woman I find it more offensive that there’s women who get offended over ridiculous things like this. To those women: get over yourselves and for heaven’s sake, get a thicker skin.
I had that same thought, haha.
And it’s things like this that make people not want to take feminism seriously. This is not an issue. It is not a problem and it is such a ridiculous thing to get offended over. Save your so-called outrage for something that actually matters.
Colin Firth as Mr. Darcy. Works for me!
Same sex marriage doesn’t exist. Sorry. A marriage can only ever exist between a man and a woman.
It really, really is.
We watched a lot of WWE (then WWF) when I was growing up and I was so scared of the Undertaker that I would run and hide as soon as I heard the first gong in his entrance music. I somehow got it in my head that if I watched him make his entrance that he would come after me and kill me.
You got: Musicians
You attract musicians. This can be dangerous because musicians are notoriously bad news because they’re just soooo arty. But they LOVE you. Musician dudes see the music inside of you and they want a piece of the action. Not all musicians are arty…
I find it baffling that people think it’s hypocritical of Byron to be angry about his daughter dating a teacher. His underage daughter dating a man who turned out to be a sexual predator who stalked her and her friends for years. I don’t care for Byron all that much, he’s had his good moments but he is a scumbag who cheated on his wife. However he has every right to be upset about his underage daughter being involved with a teacher. Not to mention all the lies and sneaking around she had to do to keep it a secret. As wrong as his affair was - and it was wrong on multiple levels - it doesn’t make him wrong about this.
Same here. He just looks so sad and defeated.
This just made me sad. This girl seems like she might be a nice person; it’s a shame she doesn’t value herself more. Ladies, we are more than our boobs and if you need to do stuff like this to feel good about yourself than something’s just not right. Learn to love yourself for who you are and be happy with that.
I’d say that was the point.
#1 is only valid if you’re talking about people who live close enough to see on a regular/fairly regular basis. Sometimes Facebook/social media are the only ways you can communicate with people.
Exactly. She proved nothing. And erikagrisell, putting on a concert doesn’t necessarily prove anything either. Auto tune can be done live.
She does have a nice voice, yes. Which is why it’s so unfortunate that she chooses to make such bad music, save for a couple of her songs.
Abortion rights? Murder is not a right. And that’s all abortion is: murder.
Speaking as a woman whose father was diagnosed with prostate cancer earlier this year, I must tell you that I really don’t give a crap who donates money to help the cause. You want to be mad because these women were violated? Valid. But being angry because people donated to a men’s charity? Honestly? Kind of makes me want to punch you in the face. Every bit of fundraising does help, like Tiny said. Men’s health matters too.
Thank you for this comment. Earlier this year my dad was diagnosed with prostate cancer, luckily they found it pretty early and it looks like he’s going to be okay after receiving treatment, but even still. It took a pretty big toll of both of my parents and it just makes me sick that there’s women who will complain about money being donated to prostate cancer research. Cancer IS cancer and every form needs a cure. Prostate cancer doesn’t get enough attention.
That’s one of the things that bugged me about this article and the responses. No, every picky eater is not the same and it’s pretty unfair for people to act like they are. People are so quick to assume the worst about other people.
I will never understand why people get so upset about what other people do or don’t eat. So someone’s a picky eater. As long as they’re not being rude or obnoxious about it, and many won’t be, it’s not going to affect you at all. Everyone is free to eat whatever they want. And free to not eat whatever they want. Either way, another person’s eating habits aren’t any of your business. Just like yours aren’t theirs. I just don’t get the anger.
Some advice for you: see a psychiatrist because you clearly have issues.
Actually this just makes me cringe. I have no doubt that all the people who tweeted this meant well. I believe that their hearts were in the right place, but no one thought it through. Suicide is NOT any kind of solution. Nor is it freedom. People need to stop romanticizing it.
This is romanticizing suicide, plain and simple. It is not a solution. It is not freedom. This was not a proper tribute.
You got: Living Encyclopedia Of Music
Your music knowledge is vast and seriously impressive. Your taste transcends genres and decades and you pull music recs and references from your pocket like magic.
More like model posts nude shot to get likes and views on her Instagram page. Let’s be honest here.
Indeed. And honestly, all getting those kinds of messages are going to do is make me not want to talk to them at all.
Except unless you’re physically with them at the time, you have NO idea if they had time to read it or not. You don’t know what they’re doing and believe it or not, but some people are not glued to their phones 24/7. If you need to talk to someone so badly, here’s an idea: call them! Give people the benefit of the doubt.
It kind of blows my mind that there’s people who have never done their own laundry until their first year of college. My parents had me and my brothers all doing our own laundry once we could reach all the knobs on the machines.
50 Shades also started off as a Twilight fanfic. Nothing about it is original. I don’t get the appeal.
