      My story is the opposite of most people. Over a year ago I began to obsess over working out. I would exercise for 4+ hours a day and eat hardly anything. I started losing hair, breaking nails, and even lost my period. Most people go to the gym to get healthy…I was being told to stay OUT of the gym to be healthy. Around Thanksgiving, my priorities changed. I saw food as fuel. I don’t work out to burn calories anymore- I train to be the best athlete I can be. Now I eat extremely healthy 90% of the time, and I work out only when I feel like it, which is quite often. I’ve never been healthier.
