    Glow Festival

    Glow '08, an art and music freak fest in Santa Monica, dazzles audiences with hallucinogenic light displays and exhilarating performance art spectacles.

    Perhaps the most interesting display was Usman Haque's "Primal Source," a light spewing fountain that was something of an LSD-Northern Lights love child. The work drew its energy and vitality from the voices, sounds, and music created by festival-goers.
