You shouldn’t put water in your soap. Generally, soap is formulated to a certain concentration that is necessary to create micelles, lipid layers that form around grease and grime and remove them from your hands. Also, if it’s an antibacterial, it was formulated at a certain concentration to cause bactericidal activity. If you dilute it, it might not be working as a antibacterial anymore, and you run the risk of having bacteria being able to form in your soap.
