Taylor Swift Used Instagram To Ask Australian Media To Back Off

    "Take it down a notch."

Taylor Swift is currently in Australia, slaying all of our goddamn lives on the last leg of her 1989 World Tour.

Last night on Instagram, she posted this photo with a caption basically asking the Australian media to rack off.

Tay is currently on Hamilton Island, enjoying some downtime before her show there on Friday and her concert in Brisbane on Saturday.

Morning show Sunrise sent a reporter, Michelle Tapper, to the island, who was promptly told to go home by security.

Tapper commented: “I have never encountered anything like this before in 20 years of journalism. This is a pretty outrageous media ban made for just one person”.

Fans were quick to jump to Taylor's defense, pointing out that she's been touring for nearly seven months straight and deserves some time to chill out.

Last year, Katy Perry also called out the Aussie media for being way too OTT, labelling the paparazzi as "stalkers".

So let's just take it down a notch, shall we?
