I shake my head and either think, or actually say out loud, “bitch. You’re better than this.” It will snap me out of it. I also have these 2 rings that I wear with a black tourmaline stone and a moonstone, which I had read are supposed to help with depression. If I’m feeling bad, I’ll look down at my hand and chastise the rings for not helping. Then I laugh at the fact that I’m yelling at rings.
