This obviously happened in an under-developed country.. I had a Ukrainian friend in uni who had her tonsils removed when she was 8- without anesthesia!! I mean she witnessed the whole thing… it was her and her mom with a doctor.. and they’re from a well-off family… Bless her and the many like her… dayyym those !@!@$&% that make their citizens suffer like that!!
