I get that death row costs a lot, but for situations like this…just take the kid into a room and put a bullet between his eyes and be done with it. He was. They said his body was covered in matted hair, feces and urine. The dog was treated terribly for years.

This happened about 10 minutes away from where I live. The owners put him in a garbage bag and then called saying he found a dog in the bag on the side of the road. Thankfully, they tracked it back that they were the actual owners, and they arrested the guy and are charging him with multiple counts of animal abuse. It’s great to see Sammy improving, hopefully he keeps getting better.
