The kids these days might be copying your style, but you've been wearing ugly shirts and baking puddings for decades. A few years ago the kids didn't seem that into the jumpers you were knitting them, but now you can't keep up with the requests for more cardigans like yours. You're baffled about the youth suddenly liking your style and you don't understand why some people don't like instant coffee. You spend your days getting mildly annoyed at golf, and complaining that Coronation Street has "gone downhill lately."

You are a grandma!

You do what all the other grandmas do and more. Sure you like to let your hair down at bingo, but you're also really into organic jams right now. You're keeping up with the times and living in the future, while constantly referencing the past. You love a custard cream with your Costa Rican espresso. You bought your clothes from charity shops before it was cool, and you've never ever given up on vinyl. You're the coolest granny in town, and you know it.
