sethf6 6 months agoTake it out when the deepest part of the breast reads 150 F. Then, separate the thighs and legs from the breast. Leave the breast out to rest, and put the thighs and legs back in to roast until they get to 160F. If you take it out at 165F, as this article suggested, you will be eating a very untasty bird.
