When I remodeled the kitchen in my house I kept the old solid brushed brass knobs, circa 1980, and installed them on the new cabinets. They are better looking than any others I could find.

While pineapple and ham or bacon are classics, I would also avocate for bacon and artichoke with extra cheese on top of the fillings.

HP sauce, also known as Brown Sauce. Spicy rather than hot with dates and tamarind. Even makes a bacon sandwich better, which is almost impossible.

The vegetables are one piece of broccoli, one piece of cauliflower, both undercooked,and a piece of red pepper overcooked plus a single slice of giant carrot the size of a dollar coin.
