I feel like the world’s biggest asshole for laughing…but good god, man, these are hilarious!

This makes me sad, but not only that, the dog looks emaciated! Where the hell are the owners? Why isn’t the dog tagged and collared? Obviously they shouldn’t own animals if they haven’t even come forward to claim their dog. They should be just as persecuted in my opinion.
