With Mother's Day around the corner, SoulPancake went around Atwater Village in Los Angeles asking people for the one thing they'd want their mom to know. Their answers were insanely heartwarming.
Each person first described their mothers. Some were unbelievably kind...
...while others were totally badass.
Some loved the amazing strength their mothers had...
...while others loved the fact that they could call their moms their best friend.
They then each wrote down the one thing they wanted their moms to know. This is what they said:
"Dear mom, I wouldn't be half the man I am today without you."
"Mom I miss going to McDonald's with you."
Dear Mother, I wish I had understood your illness better so I could have been more patient. I love you."
"Mom, I realize now how hard it was for you to give us such a wonderful childhood. I love you."
"Dear Mom, thank you for giving me the confidence to love myself and live a spontaneous, uninhibited, unconventional, adventure!"
And at the end of the day, we all want our moms to know one thing:
