Hugh Jackman pulled off an epic photobomb outside Sydney's Children Hospital, catching a Channel Ten reporter totally off guard.
Jackman was at the hospital with wife Deborra-Lee Furness to launch the Back on Track program which will help sick kids keep up with their school work.
Turner's reaction is all of us if we were ever to experience such a photobomb.
