This surprise wedding music video was created for my husband Todd Evan Krieger in Venice Beach, California and unveiled for him at our wedding reception in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Other shots shown are in Malibu, Laguna Beach, Tahoe, Ixtapa, Burning Man, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Topanga Canyon, Taos, Vancouver, Peru, and the Galapagos Islands.
I’d like to give a major shout out to Panos Stoumpos whom hit the pavement with me capturing shots; he’s a creative rock star. Steve McCormick is super talented and was uber helpful in the studio when recording, and John David Heeg buttoned everything up with his rad editing skills.
Hats off to our beautiful cat Balka…and of course my amazing husband Todd whose love inspired this video!!! Everything’s okay-o when I’m with Tadeo.

She obviously went to a lot of work to do this for HIM - not like all you hacks who most likely haven’t done anything remotely this creative or nice for anyone EVER. -

melissak26 7 months agoIn love and living with my man. Strong romantic. HATE this video. Why? Smug. Smugness all the way through. Also, the Burning Man shot…there are two types of people who go to Burning Man, at least from my experience dressing them for it…artists looking for a new inspiration and experience and connection, and overprivileged rich people who want to pat themselves on the back for being “different” and try some new drugs, and spend $10,000 on clothing before heading out there. *sigh*

soupisdelicious 7 months agoYes, this video is lame and dumb and I did not enjoy watching it. That said, who cares what I or anyone else thinks? The only people whose opinions matter about this video are the lady and her husband. As I said, I thought it was dumb and I didn’t enjoy watching it, HOWEVER I feel like this kind of stuff isn’t MEANT for other people to enjoy anyway. I HAAAATE seeing PDAs (yes, personal digital assistants) in every day life, so I’m not going to enjoy it in edited video form either, but that doesn’t mean I think those couples are shitty people—I do find it kind of rude/inconsiderate, depending on the severity of the PDA and setting, but I mean, this was just a benign, trivial video online. And yes, ok, if you’re gonna post something publicly online you should be prepared to be criticized and harassed, but as I always say, just because people leave themselves vulnerable doesn’t absolve you from being an asshole towards them.

Dariana 7 months agoOh Shift, I thought you’d be *done* with this after all the bitching you received when you first launched. How about, instead of shaming a woman who is expressing her love to her spouse, we celebrate a woman who is confident enough to do this for someone she loves? And let’s be real about why you (all) hate her:
1) She’s wealthy. I guess that means she’s not a real human and can’t experience ‘real’ love!
2) She’s attractive. (Certainly more than me!)
3) She’s a bad singer. And doesn’t give a shit. Which is more than any of you can say. I’ve been married four (and a half!) years. My husband is no poet, and yet has written poems for me. Ohhhh let’s judge him! —but no, this is the type of man Shift tells me I SHOULD want: a man who cares and expresses his love. Why the double-standard, then? But, sure, this is high school, nothing matters, and you can continue with the hypocrisy of acting as bullies whilst admonishing bullies. Quintessential ‘mean girls’. -

Nothing against love, my beautiful wife and will soon celebrate 6 years of happy marriage. Guess we just didn’t see the need to make a crappy music video and feed it to the ‘net. To each their own… -
