    During my freshman year at uni, I once woke up to a dorm-mate silently standing over my bed at 6 a.m. We were in the same Spanish class at 9 a.m., but we weren't close. I was worried when I saw her looming and asked "what's going on?" She simply said "Spanish".

    I've lost tons of weight, too. I think the happiness came from external sources, not from within. Either way, when I was obese, I didn't deserve the hate I heaped upon myself. Everyone is deserving of love and kindness.
