#2 is not wasted french immersion (unless you dropped out in grade 4) because immersion is 12/13 years long, not five.
Response to My Boyfriend Loves Fat Women:
Thank you so much for posting this. Last year I had finally started to embrace my body as healthy and beautiful just as it was when I suddenly started to lose wake. I didn’t feel healthy or happy about it (I was sick and over worked). That’s when the compliments started flooding in. Well meaning people telling how i looked so beautiful .’now.’ Or how I had become more beautiful, they even told me to just count my blessings and not ask questions when I told them I was uneasy about it. It was so hard to process when I thought I was beautiful before. Now, I quit that job and feel healthier but as some of the weight returns that love I had for my body before is gone, replaced with the words of those people during my weight loss.

For #6 I don’t think it’s the question but the use of “what”.
Ignorance is a problem, not an excuse.
This is not unique to Western countries. I am a white person living in Japan and am the subject of similar microaggressions all the time. I think if everyone could experience living as a minority, the world would be a much better place.
Response to 27 Problems Only Introverts Will Understand:
Or, you know, no two people are the same irregardless of whether they fall on the introvert or extrovert side of the spectrum (yes it is a spectrum). So it’s possible this is all true for the writer but not everything applies to all other introverts.
I had the same feeling about the extroverts article but just acknowledged that they just have a different life than mine.
Response to 25 Frustrating Things About Being An Extrovert:
I’m pretty sure no one, introvert or extrovert or any mix there of, has a perfect life free of ridicule and problems.
Also no one is 100% either of those things. It’s a spectrum not a club you join.
