obviously Jack, there is a short term model and a long term model.
Food Buzz I would add in potato chips and maybe a sprinkling of banana, but yeah. That toasted bread layer is kind of a revelation.

this is very similar to what i've been doing for a while, cept i broil one side of two pieces of bread and put the pb&j on the broiled sides. it's awesome and it doesn't tear your mouth tissue up, toast is like a damn cheese grater.
Too many carbs.
I like PB&J, but seriously, no.
Seriously, Jack, is there anything on God's green earth that you will eat?
No, no, no! The center slice of bread should have jelly on both sides. If the jelly is applied directly to the outer slices, you have to eat it immediately or those slices get soggy. If the jelly's on the middle slice, you can bag the sandwich and eat it hours later. The center slice absorbs the jelly but the sandwich holds together well. Also, if you're going to take the time to toast a piece of bread, you might as well make something grander than a PB&J. Fried egg & bacon sandwich, anyone?
