The highway patrol also released the 911 call made by one of Woods’s neighbors following the accident, with a man saying “A car has hit the pole” with his “neighbor lying on the ground.” In the 4-minute call, the man says, “I need an anbulance immediately . I have someone down in front of my house. They hit a pole.”
