It turns out these fuzzy-costumed guerrilla-subway performers are an actual band. I missed that detail before (I thought they were just a Sad Panda varietal), but you can see them at real live concert venues if you live in NYC. If not, enjoy these videos and the knowledge that somewhere, someone is playing a xylophone in a Cookie Monster costume.
