An ex-vogue model sued Google and won over mean comments a website made about her.
Liskula Cohen wanted Google to reveal the persons behind “Skanks In NYC,” citing defamation “concerning her appearance, hygiene and sexual conduct.” A court actually sided with Cohen, and Google provided the IP and email address of the blogger in question, whose name is Rosemary Port. Cohen says she apologized to Port, which makes less than no sense, but anyway. Google is watching you!

In any case, she clearly sued the wrong entity. She thinks that Google is responsible for the content of the websites it crawls? Seriously? Has she ever used one of the new-fangled contraptions we call computers?
