If you have to tell people of your own language how to pronounce it, it's probably not a good choice for a given name. The kick in the ass: her parent's names are Paul and Monica. But she has to explain the pronunciation how many times in her life? Ouch.

Don't understand the critical acclaim for “Atonement,” I thought it was a serious snoozer and the characters lacked depth. But more importantly- is it necessary to have so many vowels packed together in one name? Advantage: Fanning.
