Actually both of the above are incorrect. I ordered this thing on accident the other day. It's their new PAN STUFFED CRUST pizza. They jam a layer of cheese next to the thin pan crust. They still sell the normal stuffed crust pizza with the cheese in the crust, and it tastes much better. I have eaten both in the last week. The new one pictured above also doesn't cost the extra $1.

I too worked at a Pizza Hut (a few of them, actually), and can attest that mozzarella cheese is hand-rolled into the dough at the store. I used to hate to have to do that, but luckily, very few people ever bought stuffed crust pizza, so I didn't have to do it too often.
