This is a huge fail. How exactly did they get Joan Jett to ok this?

they look too young.. all i can see is 35 year olds jerkin' it at the back of the theater.

The movie is going to be pure fail in my book.
I think Dakota did a pretty good job; she mimicked most Cherie's moves exactly. Dakota and “twilight girl with the mullet” look too young for the parts though. When the Runaways were out, they were able to make themselves look waaaay older than they really were (rough lifestyle? lots of Aqua Net? Who knows). Also, I don't like the girl they cast as Lita Ford.

I think JJ as Executive Producer of this film could have picked a better cast than Dakota Fanning and Kristen Stewart!!! Watch Edgeplay the documentary by Vickie Blue. It is just amazing. I think this movie is going to be a dissapointment!!!

The Runaways. It was a real band. No you haven't heard any of their songs covered or in cell phone commercials.They didn't last that long. Joan Jett was in it. Exploitation rock at it's finest.

I didn't think Hounddog was inappropriate considering that what happened to her character really happens to girls younger than she was when she filmed the movie… It's a movie, so it was simulated.  Also, it did not show her little-girl bits, so..
