Really irrate over this………after my last post ..it occurred to me that Jesus had long hair……so Ms. Jobe WWJD????????? Not to mention the chart showing hair styles in their little book is racial.

How stupid and unnecessary! He's just a little kid! He is obviously cared for at home, clean & happy. And his classmates don't care how long his hair is at their age! That school is giving that poor child a complex. I return, I hope the media give's that school and their dumb little rule a complex, too.

hair? the real story is he wouldnt keep his burkenstocks off the desk top, the smell of pechouli oil and nag champa incense was nearly vomitizing… that his bong kept tipping over and destroying textbooks (payed for by my taxes), not to mention that the growing of magic mushrooms in your cubby hole is illegal and he was constantly calling the principal “my old lady”. nuff said.

this is absolutely ridiculous. that kid is adorable and his hair isn't THAT long. i've seen longer on kids his age. the school needs to concentrate on the schooling of the children not one of the kid's non-distracting hair.

Doesn't Texas have more important things to worry about like the huge teenage pregnancy rate?

And to the people saying his parents don't care about his education, I think that is hardly the case.
The fact that the school is honestly using the “distraction” excuse is absolute bullshit.
At no time in my elementary, high-school or university education have I ever been distracted by a guy having long hair. This school is taking away the child's rights to be an individual.
