What do you get? Nutribox is a bit different to other subscription services, as it's quite large – each box has a load of healthy snacks (olives, raw energy balls, dried fruit, vegetable crisps etc). What they suggest is splitting it with some friends in the office (or your halls etc) so that you can snack healthily whenever you want.

How much is it? A small box (approx 18 snacks) is £25, a large box (approx 50 snacks) is £48.

What do you get? British artisan food products, from chocolate to cheese and more. What's cool about the food discovery box, is that you get to choose exactly what you get sent. Each month, there's a shortlist of about 30 items, and you choose the five you'd like. Or, if you want, you can leave it up to chance.

How much is it? £23.50 a month, but most of the products are full-sized.

What do you get? Delicious vegan snacks monthly (either 5-6 or 10-12 per box, depending which you choose). The snacks include savoury things like scrambled tofu spice mix, and sweet things too like a coconut and lacuma dark chocolate bar.

What do you get? If you're interested in health foods, then this is a good taster service. In each box you get about 10 different sample products, from nut butter to vitamin sachets. Lifebox is pretty stringent about what it features – products must be from a UK based company, be sugar-free, organic, raw, vegan and more.

How much is it? There are a range of boxes, but the smallest one (the mini) is £14.95 a month.

Each box contains either one table sized bottle of hot sauce (or multiple sample bottles) and two or more chilli products (like chutney, chocolate etc). As for the heat?
