The 29-Year-Old With Terminal Cancer Who Has Chosen To End Her Own Life May Wait A Little Longer

Brittany Maynard released a video Wednesday where she said she no longer has a set date for the assisted suicide.

Brittany Maynard's story was everywhere earlier this month after she released a video detailing her decision to move to Oregon so she could access its death-with-dignity law. Since then, she has been met with an outpouring of love and support.

Brittany was featured in People magazine, where she stated that on Nov. 1 she would be ending her life.

She's here to tell us that since she still feels good enough and is enjoying her remaining days, she no longer has a set date.

Brittany still gets out and does what she can, taking walks with her husband and their dogs.

Her mom and those closest to her just want to be there to support and love her through this time.

"So if November 2nd comes along and I've passed, I hope my family is still proud of me and the choices I've made. And if [it] comes along and I'm still alive, I know that we'll still be moving forward as a family and that that decision will come later."
