Democrat Says Ann Romney "Has Never Worked A Day In Her Life"
Republicans pounce on Hilary Rosen for questioning Ann Romney's qualifications to speak about women in the workforce. Mrs. Romney joins Twitter to reply that raising kids is a lot of work.

Republican presidential candidate and former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney listens as his wife Ann introduces him during a campaign stop at Gregory Industries in Canton, Ohio March 5, 2012.
I made a choice to stay home and raise five boys. Believe me, it was hard work.

Rosen defended herself on Twitter
When I said @AC360 Ann Romney never worked I meant she never had to care for her kids AND earn a paycheck like MOST American women! #Truth

Mitt Romney is running for President, not Ann. He hired only 10%women at Bain; now makes up false concern for women's economic struggle.

I've nothing against @AnnRomney. I just don't want Mitt using her as an expert on women struggling $ to support their family. She isn't.

Obama advisers repudiated Rosen's remarks and called on her to apologize:
I could not disagree with Hilary Rosen any more strongly. Her comments were wrong and family should be off limits. She should apologize.

Also Disappointed in Hilary Rosen's comments about Ann Romney. They were inappropriate and offensive.

@Messina2012 Families must be off limits on campaigns, and i personally believe stay at home moms work harder than most of us do.
