Just A Few Black Hair Stores Around Toronto/GTA

Because really, that likkle shelf at Shoppers Drug Mart isn't cutting it. Add more stores to the comments!

1. BSW {Beauty Supply Warehouse}

The first time I got single braids done, I bought the hair from this store. It has an unbelievably wide selection of hair and products and the staff is knowledgeable. The prices are decent too.

2. Clore Beauty Supply

Address: 1126 Bloor St W, Toronto, ON

I'm not in this area a lot so this store is fairly new to me, a friend introduced it to me, but there is a good selection of black hair products and has great prices. I'm definitely going back.

3. Discount Beauty Supplies Limited

Address: 1557 Eglinton Ave W York, ON

I haven't been here since I was a kid but it should be on the list; the stock goes beyond hair products and as the store name says, delves into skincare/beauty supplies.

4. HoneyFig

Address: 4967 Yonge St Toronto, ON

I've been into this store once; there is a wide selection of vegan/organic hair and skin products. There's a spa-like quality to the shop and the service.

5. It's About Beauty

Address: 3040 Danforth Ave Toronto, ON

I have never been to this store but I've heard wonderful things about the selection and the pricing and their facebook page is inspiring and encouraging of black women and black beauty, which is a huge plus for me.
