College can be a new stressful experience, these are some tips on how to handle your first year Texas A&M Corpus Christi.

1. Look up your professors before you sing up for class. this will make sure you do not get bad professors.

2. Find your own study spot, the more secluded the better. most new freshman will not know about these but the OConner building had study rooms too.

3. Don't take classes too late at night, you wont end up going to the class after several weeks.

4. Make sure to reward your self for good grades.

5. take breaks on studying every once an while.

6. If you're looking for something to do, there is always stuff going on downtown, usually its advertised on campus.

7. Make sure you get to know your professors

8. If you're struggling in a class you can always go to CASA and get help.

9. Do not buy books until the first day of class, sometimes you don't need the books and you could save money.

10. make sure you have a good group of friends, that will help you and support you when you're struggling.
