"Earn or Learn" is a nice rhyme but basically a a big fuck you to young people.

Given the age of independence is 21, how many young people were getting this in the first place? Probably the ones who really needed it. So let's just force them into a job they don't like (or can't find) or go into debt doing a uni degree they're not sure they want to study. Since you're raising the age of retirement, we've got time to work the rest of our natural lives.
