Amazon has a list of products called "Movers and Shakers," which is pretty much just fancy talk for things that are currently ~trending~.

Here are some of the coolest and most useful things found on the list this week:

    1. An old-time carnival-style snow cone maker to recreate happy childhood memories.

Promising review: "Best home appliance ever! We make snow cones constantly. I have three kids (and I probably make them even more for myself). This makes ice right between snow and the little ice balls. It holds the syrup perfectly, uses regular ice cubes, and you can make a lot at the same time. I can also make a bunch, put it in big Ziplocs in the freezer, and use it later or for drinks. I seriously love this. I have tried other snow cone machines, but this is the best." —Shannon

    Price: $30.97

    2. A bundle of dimmable LED string lights for creative lighting options.

Promising review: "I love these string lights. They are the softest light and yet give enough light that I do not need to turn on the regular lights most of the time. They are so lightweight they can hang anywhere. They are easy to arrange and are pleasing to the eye anywhere you put them. You can hang them or drape them or curl them up in a jar or vase or whatever you want to do. I love the fact that you can place them where you want them and plug them in behind large pieces of furniture and then just use the remote control to turn them on or off. I am adding these string lights to each room in my house. I find that these string lights help me in the winter so that the house seems cozy rather than dreary from the rainy or foggy days of winter. These are so worth the money." —judy d fraughton

    Price: $13.99 (33ft length).

    3. A well-designed humidifier and essential oil diffuser that shouldn't be ~mist~.

Promising review: "This is the third of these that I have purchased. The first was for my mom. She loves hers. I am always jealous when I go to her house and it smells so wonderful, so I bought two for our house. Amazingly quiet, easy to use, attractive and safe, this unit can be used with the built-in timer, or you can allow it to run until it is dry — then it shuts itself off! The more essential oil you use with the water, the longer it seems to run. Mine ran a little over 12 hours one night with several (about 20) drops of lemongrass essential oil. The odor of sautéed seafood is no match for this aromatic apparatus. I highly recommend." – Victoria LaPlante

    Price: $25.99

    4. A set of essential oils to use with aforementioned diffuser for an at-home spa day.

Promising review: "I am thoroughly impressed by the quality of this product. Comes in very nice packing (which means it can be gifted, too) that includes six of the most widely known/used therapeutic oils — orange, lavender, tea tree, peppermint, eucalyptus, and lemongrass. These seem to be of top notch quality, too, just going by the strength and purity of aroma. It can be used directly or can be diluted. I am using this in my essential oil diffuser. I just poured 3-4 drops and I could feel/smell the change in my bedroom atmosphere. Try it once for sure and you definitely will not be let down." —RoxxSri

    5. A stretchy skater skirt you'll want to twirl around in.,

    6. A pair of herb scissors for people whose knife skills are not so ~sharp~.

Promising review: "I like to grow herbs and use them in salads, soups, and many other recipes. I received these Jenaluca Herb Scissors as a birthday gift, and can't believe how fast and easy it is to cut up cilantro, basil, parsley, lovage, etc. My husband tried them today for the first time while making guacamole and found that slicing the cilantro went very quickly. The storage case-cleaner is very efficiently designed too. I ordered four of these sets to give as gifts." –Lucille P. Nawara

    Price: $14.97

    7. A one-piece swimsuit that's sexier than your average bikini.,

    8. An erasable notebook you can wipe clean with a damp cloth and reuse over and over again.

Promising review: "This has been a major paper-saver and a time-saver. I remember things best by writing them down instead of typing, but can easily upload my notes to save/share them electronically. This has the benefits of the feel/freedom of paper and the benefits of electronic storage. It erases easily with either the pen eraser or water. I wish I had this sooner!!" –Tracy D. Earlenbaugh

    10. A set of animal-themed adult coloring books to soothe your tired old soul.

Promising review: "This is a lovely set of books: intricate and absorbing images that take you back to rainy days in childhood. I bought them for myself as an aid to decompressing after a stressful day of work." —JFS

    Price: $19.97

    11. A hot dog slicer for a transformative grilling experience.

Promising review: "This is a great tool for your hot dogs. Several people at my party were curious about my hot dogs and loved them. They thought it was really cool. I must have shown the Slotdog to at least a dozen people who wanted to know what made the hot dogs look the way they did. It definitely made the hot dogs grill nicely and be quite tasty." –Santos E. Torres

    Price: $17.88

    12. A breakfast burrito maker that'll exceed your ~eggs-pectations~.

Promising review: "This sounds absurd. Maybe it is. All I know is I ate delicious burritos filled with egg, tomato, and avocado all weekend and it was easy to do. I can't cook, but I can pour an egg into a device and chop up some veggies to throw on top of it. Would definitely recommend to others." –Rayne

    Price: $14.01

    13. A compressible pillow for camping trips and spontaneous naps.

Promising review: "I bought this pillow to use on a long international flight. It is so comfortable that I ended up tossing hotel pillows off the bed and using this as my only pillow while on a three-week trip. The unique filling allows the pillow to be manipulated while also providing great support. While easily compressible it keeps a nice firmness when unrolled. The amethyst color and design is attractive. I've owned a few other travel pillows but this one definitely takes the prize. I'd absolutely order again!" –MurphMonster

Price: $19.39+ (available in four sizes and seven colors).

    14. A pair of wireless bluetooth headphones that's the best ~bass~ for your buck.

Promising review: "These are fairly priced, wonderfully built headphones with a rich, deep sound and easy functionality. I've never had any problems with them at all, and I can't see myself spending more than what I bought them for on anything else. They're not fragile at all; they've stayed together with my working out and family of six for over a year now. Hardly any scratches either. The aux cord is nice, but I use the Bluetooth for a lot. The battery lasts on mid-volume for about a week's worth of listening to music, which is around four hours a day, generously. I can't recommend any other headphones than these." —Noah Wilson

    Price: $39.99

    15. A pack of sparkly silicone wedding bands you can jump in the pool with (without worrying about ruining them).,

Promising review: "I bought these as a cheap replacement for my Armani glasses until I go to the store to get new ones. But I have to say the quality and look of these will keep me from spending $175-$350 more on designer shades. I absolutely love these, from the feel to the style, and the packaging is legit. Comes with a semi-hard case, like Ray Bans do, a soft bag, a cleaning rag, and a polarized test card. I'm so impressed that I'm not going to get another pair of Armani's because these are great and the price is even better. Don't waste your money on expensive glasses when you can get quality, style, and protection at a fraction of the price when you buy these glasses." —bmwrider20

My toddler is really good at breaking all our glasses when we have them sitting out on the coffee table so these work like a charm.
