Lindsay Lohan was once a sweet, sweet kid.
She made this one movie; you may remember it.
It was, of course, a remake of the original Parent Trap, starring Hayley Mills (and Hayley Mills).
If you've heard of or seen either movie, you know it's a story of long-separated twins conspiring to manipulate their estranged parents into getting back together.
As a child, it always seemed clear to me that the parents were so not into this twisted scheme.
But then it dawned on me...
The mom says this thing, in passing, while arguing with the dad near the end of the movie.
"Sixteen plastic surgeons, a major reconstruction job on my face so I could be presentable."
Dafuq
Now, I'm no "medical doctor"...
...but from what I've heard about plastic surgery, it is very, how you say, "not fun."
Especially in the 1960s, before many modern techniques were developed.
So here I am, left with many, many, troubling questions.
But, most importantly:
