Pennsylvanian Ronald Washington called his son's kindergarten when he realised he'd left more than 3 ounces of pot in his son's Elmo backpack saying he needed to get something out of the pack. He's now facing 6 months to 2 years in jail. The guy in this video is probably somebody else, but you never know.
