The far plate: Hummus with soft chickpeas, egg, parsley, cumin and olive oil.

The nearer plate: Msabbaha (hummus mixed hot tahini, spices and chickpeas) with olive oil, parsley and paprika.

Served with fresh pita bread and a side of fries.
