National Police Week in America 2015

    Honoring Police Officers

National Police Week began with two of our valiant Police Officers being gunned down in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Officers Benjamin Deen and Liquori Tate gave the ultimate sacrifice while in The Line of Duty. Our headlines have been greatly filled in recent years, with many deaths of our population due to violence. Death by violence is nothing new to the human species, we have been perfecting death with great diligence for centuries. Due to the instant bombardment upon us in these newer times via the many Social Media outlets, we are given to vast amounts of outpouring and questions. The answers to these questions are not ever going to satisfy everyone equally, as we are all, but Humans. Mistakes beget corrections, if there isn't correction we did not learn.

Police Officers take on a job everyday that is so very vital to our way of life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness. Every Officer has chosen the Honorable commitment to be of service to all and to put on the uniform every shift, knowing what they may face that day may literally get them killed. Our general public does not have to see the underbelly of society on a daily basis, if we did we would definitely take a bit more time in the judgement of our Officers. Walking a mile in an Officer's shoe's, would give most all of us a stronger realization that their job is not that bad! As humans we are all flawed in some way or another, difference here being our Officers have chosen to put on the Badge with Pride everyday to Protect and Serve; U.S.! How many of us think everyday we leave our home to go to work we may not come back? All the while, being in service to others?

Being humans there will forever be, good vs evil, wrong vs right, justice and injustice. Our Police Officers are willing to stand up for U.S., all while dealing with conditions none of us would want to deal with. While I am happy and Proud to Honor every one of our Nations Officers this week, the fact is, this needs to be an everyday thought in the minds of all of U.S. While there will always be bad people from all walks of life, I choose to believe that the vast majority our Officers are stand up individuals who should be respected. We as Americans also have the duty to do our best to instill in our own, the behavior necessary to stand United. Please don't ever think you know what it's like to be a Police Officer, you don't. As it is with every occupation out there that serves U.S., be grateful for everyone of them, as it is their choice to serve You.

    Never to be Forgotten

To every one of our hardworking Officers, Thank You Always and Forever
