It's time to face facts — sometimes crumbs settle where your fingers just can't go. If you, like me, are tired of seeing dust take over all your nooks and crannies, then do yourself a favour and get this duster. It's almost laughably easy to use and made me wonder why I've been squeezing cotton buds and toothpicks between keys when I could have just used this instead. Just make sure you give this guy a lil' break after a while (you'll know it's time once the can starts to feel frosty).
Get it from Home Depot for $11.10.
For stuck-on dirt, you can mist the blinds with a cleaner before wiping them down with the duster. It comes with two cleaning arms and six sets of removable microfibre pads (which can be machine-washed, BTW).

I don't know how I ever got any bottles properly clean before (answer: I didn't). The spongy tip makes short work of all kinds of messes, like stains inside teapots, coffee scum, or that gross milky buildup you can't seem to identify. The handle is perfect for reaching down into the bottom of extra-tall vessels, which is great if you've got some pitchers or vases that could also use a deep cleaning.

"I live with two small children and, as a result, I'm constantly cleaning up after them. These magic erasers are a true blessing. Instead of scrubbing away stains with a bucket and cloth like Cinderella, I can quickly and effectively remove whatever mysterious marks and stains I find on tables, walls, and other surfaces in seconds. Like this beautiful crayon mural, for instance. It took less than a minute to clean up, and all it took was a little water and elbow grease." —Kaysey Davis

If you don't own this already, you need to. Seriously. I love candles and I always squirrel away the votives for my plants but damn, does cleaning them suck. What would have taken me several hours, many kettles of boiling water, and round after round of scrubbing took me a mere five minutes with Goo Gone. I've also used it to remove residue from stickers, spilled candle wax, and a million and one other things. No other product I've ever tried has come close to how effective this one is.

And when it's full of dust and debris, just give it a soapy lather to start fresh. It also comes with a teensy roller that's perfect for tucking into your weekend bag.

What's not to love about this gizmo? It extends my reach and the frilly fibres grip every last speck of debris, which means I don't have to vacuum afterwards. I love that the head is adjustable, too, so I don't have to strain my arms to get the perfect dust-busting angle. The starter kit comes with the extendable arm, plus four duster heads (don't forget to grab a few more for later) so you can get cleaning right away.

"I have a dog that sheds, and about a billion blankets that also shed. While those things are great for me, they are not great for my couch. I bought this lil' doodad to help me de-fluff and remove all the annoying pills from my sofa, and boy does it ever work. It has a razor head on one end (along with three interchangeable razors of varying intensities) that I use to scrape away pills, and a classic velvety lint brush on the other. It's worked serious wonders on my furniture and I've even moved on to brushing down my crewneck collection with it." —Alice Prendergast

An entire box of these magic sheets is still only a fraction of the cost of professional dry cleaning — only with less chemicals and less hassle. Using them couldn't be any easier: just toss 'em into the dryer instead of your regular sheet! The pack also comes with stain-removing wipes if you've got a few pesky spots that need pre-treating. Best of all, you don't have to wash your stuff in advance, so you won't have to wrestle with a soaked duvet or heavy, wet coats.

"An embarrassing confession: I do not have a pet, but I shed like nobody's business. My hair gets so ingrained in the carpet that a vacuum truly does nothing for it, so I often was just unrooting clumps of hair from the floor with my hands (sorry for the visual). I bought this broom, and it immediately started pulling it up GOBS of hair. My carpet, like, genuinely changed colour (turns out the pink was supposed to be much pinker, whoops). Anyway, do with that semi-horrifying information what you will." —Emma Lord

Was I expecting to be blown away by these brushes? No. Did they become instant cleaning MVPs in my household? Yes. You might be asking yourself, "Why couldn't I just use my toothbrush to scrub grout and sink drains?" And the answer is, a regular toothbrush just can't compete with the kind of heavy-duty scrubbing power these brushes deliver. They've got grippy handles, plus special silicone pads on the heads to make it easy and comfortable to apply extra pressure while you're cleaning. And the silicone wiper blade is honestly genius. Its ultra-fine tip is great for cleaning *right* around your faucets and other fixtures, without having to worry about scratching up their fancy finishes.

There is never a good time to be pooped on by a bird, but this little pen made the whole experience (virtually) painless. After getting dive-bombed by a sneaky pigeon, we had to spring into action — I scooped the poop then "coloured" over the remaining stain. It COMPLETELY disappeared! No dirty rings, no colour transfer, nothing. I might start carrying this in my bag at all times.

Is it possible to get *this* excited about a sponge? Because holy heck, this baby is amazing. The scrubbing side feels surprisingly soft (so much so that I'll admit I was a little doubtful about its efficacy), but it can handle EVERY mess you throw at it. I've used it to scrub dirty dishes, countertops, and even food splatter off my cooktop. Its cleaning powers aside, it has one huge advantage over other sponges: it always rinses clean!!!! I don't know what kind of magic this thing is imbued with, but even sticky grime — like the stuff left behind by eggs, cheese, and sauces — doesn't stand a chance. Do yourself a favour and make the swap.

After getting a brand-spankin' new set of dishes, I immediately scuffed them (don't ask me how. Apparently I am "a little intense" with a fork and knife🙄). Enter: Bar Keepers Friend. It took me less than five minutes to get the marks out and didn't leave my dishes looking murky or grey in the process. As an added bonus, it doesn't smell like chemicals or make my skin peel, either.
