Be Kind. Be Awesome. Being kind isn't hard. It's kinda like being a better version of you. Like Peter, except in spider-man format...and without the whole spider-man gig. Honestly, ANYONE can be kind. We want YOU to be kind.

This may be really hard for some people, but there's actually a really easy way.

Don't move your face.

Don't produce a sound.

There, you're not being mean.

I bet everyone will LOVE you.

But...there's just a few more things you've got to keep in mind. Read on.

Now that we're past step one...we're getting into the real deal. Now...try smiling.

Just stretch the outer corners of your lips upward. Perhaps even show some teeth while doing this motion. Or, if you need slightly more help, follow the steps listed below:

1. Using two fingers, support the corners of your mouth

2. Push upwards

3. Keep your mouth position

4. Slowly remove your hand

Voila! You're smiling.

Now try applying this motion when you see someone else!

3. Compliment someone

Okay, now we're getting serious. Instead of just moving some muscles up and down, your also producing a sound this time.

Finding compliments is easy. Maybe it's her hair? His watch? Or their car. Just find something you like. Once you have chosen your desired object of compliment, try and find a non-creepy way to phrase it.

This will actually be easier than most would think. As long as you sound sincere, and don't mention your 76 cats at home, your compliment will most likely be well received.

Now, moving on.

This time, we're exercising muscles from all over the body.

Simply put, extend your arms, and most likely, the other person will take care of the rest. Keep in mind however, try to make your face welcoming. Do not pinch your face or put any expression that makes you look like you just swallowed a slug. Just relax.

Now the hardest part. Putting everything together...and just be you. Contrary to popular belief, humans are surprisingly nice creatures.
