Biryani was introduced by Nizam of Hyderabad It has been very famous across South India with different varieties of biryani. Hyderabadi biryani originated as a blend of Mughlai and Iranian cuisine in the kitchens of the Nizam, rulers of the historic Hyderabad State.Hyderabadi Biryani is also a staple part of arabian Cuisine due to its exotic flavor and aromatic taste.

Every time I cross across the famous streets in Hyderabad I always have a strong temptation of eating biryani.

I am not kidding!!!

This cuisine is such a extraordinary that every person you come across in Hyderabad can guide you to the best place to dine out.

Infact there’s a best biryani contest every year during Ramadan season.And you won’t believe it’s a biggest ceremony in the history of food .

This mouthwatering dish consists of the extraordinary ingredients as basmati rice, goat or chicken meat, yogurt, onions, spices, lemon, saffron. coriander leaves and fried onions are used as garnish. The preferred meat is goat, but chicken, or other meats are used in some variations.

Note: if you are a vegan then you can also experience the same blender of tastes with veg biryani.
