    You've probably heard about mindfulness, but what the heck is it exactly? If you've been wondering this, check out the tips below, and come to the next Tuesday @ 7 Workshop, "Making Mindfulness Meaningful." University of Illinois Counseling Center Paraprofessionals will walk you through what is meant by mindfulness and walk you through some exercises that can help you better manage stress, focus, and be present. Join us on September 13 at 7 p.m. in Illini Union Room 406!
