#FinishStrongIllinois - Finals Prep

Hey Illinois! We’ve almost made it to finals week. We want you all to finish strong - and we are here to help! Join the Counseling Center Paraprofessionals on Tuesday, April 24th at 7:00 p.m. in the Mechanical Engineering building room 135 for a workshop about how to prep for finals. As a preview into our #FinishStrongIllinois Tuesday @ 7 workshop, here are some tips (and gifs) to help you prepare for finals:

Start preparing for finals now!

They may be over a week away still, but if you use your time wisely and study a little every day, finals week will be less stressful!

Practice positive thinking!

Right before your exam, remember to breathe and believe in yourself. Tell yourself that you can and you will get through this.

Find small ways to make yourself more comfortable!

If you can pick your seat during your final exam, pick one where you are comfortable. Maybe it is your favorite seat from lecture, the seat by the door, or the back row.

Don't forget to celebrate!

When your exam is done - celebrate! You have accomplished so much this semester, and now you have conquered finals week.
