Pfizer to Layoff 50% of Sales Reps Following Takeover of Wyeth
Pfizer has just finalized a deal to takeover Wyeth, and has announced plans to cut 10% of its workforce. Sources exclusive to The Daily Anchor are reporting the layoffs will focus on Pfizer’s sales team, and that 50% of pharmaceutical sales reps will be laid off this week to make room for Wyeth.
