Not too long ago I decided to that being Bilbo Baggins would be awesome.... All the sword fights, finding of the Ring of Power, and most of all... The Adventures. This is a tale of Indian Caves and not finding the Ring of Power...

WELCOME TO PERRY FARM

This little arch welcomes you as you walk by or through to get to the wonderful sights of Perry Farm/Indian Caves.

Nature can be down right beautiful...

Nature can be down right beautiful when you look at it and take the time to explore it... I highly recommend hiking once and while.

Which way?

Spoiler alert! I went toward the Indian Caves...

Taking the Alternative path...

Though I do not recommend "going off trail" it can take you to some of the most interesting trees that tell their own tale... I sat under this tree for a long time just thinking about why man came into nature. It was very wonderful to ponder as I looked closely at this tree.

The same tree...

When you look deeper into nature I tend to see the weird part of nature... like for some reason I see an old man with a mustache and is trying to tell me the secrets of why man came into nature....

Saying farewell...

I eventually had to keep moving but I could not leave without one last picture of the tree. What is sad is you do not see the garbage in the photo and I think I know what that old man in the tree was telling me.... Who could forget the famous words of our/my favorite Lorax..,

"Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better, it's not.""

"When you 15 minutes into hiking and the tree gives you the look..."

This was the tree that looked suspiciously like it had ulterior motives of giving you an experience of the beauty of nature...

Just a little more to go before getting to Indian Caves...

At Indian Caves

I eventually made it to the caves and realized more and more that nature truly is beautiful and as the caption says, Peaceful.

Time to head back into civilization

Time to go back to civilization because Degrees do not come cheap... I guess I learned a lot about nature and I think I have come up with a solid reason for why man goes into nature.

The Three Things I learned about: Why we go into nature?

* The most important thing I learned was...

1 "Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better, it's not."-- The Lorax makes a good point and reminds me that our earth will not always be here but that does not mean that tree should suffer for our wrong doings....

2 "The clearest way into the Universe is through a forest wilderness."--John Muir was spot on when he talks about the forest being a way into the universe, if anything the forest can truly be another universe waiting to be explored.
